Continuing education as key process in teacher professional development: Good practices in Chile

In this article we investigate some specific actions in-service teacher training being carried out from the Training Center, Experimentation and Research (CPEIP) and from the Faculty of Education at the Universidad Central de Chile. Through the description of these initiatives aim to show some of the highlights of these actions that are focused on the one hand, the analysis and reflection and peer learning, and on the other, and Inclusive Education skills development for training in diversity.
